Marketing translation
We will select a team of in-country professional translators who are familiar with contemporary market sector terminology. Marketing reviewer will edit and proofread the translation if you chose the advanced translation plan. The reviewer will be able to review and correct the translation in context, directly in the tool. Any corrections made to the document will be automatically saved in the translated InDesign file. Simply send us the original source files (.indd or .idml) used to create your brochures. You should also attach the final PDF version as a reference but please note that the PDF version is not the original source file. As a rule, non-English languages can take up to 30% more space than the equivalent English text. Our team will apply the required DTP work, replacing the source text with the translation in each target language in such a manner that the page layout is preserved.
How to order
You can order DTP services by simply filling out the quote form or by emailing us the documents to be translated. You will be able to prepay for the work. You will receive the translated documents by email. Translations (without review step) are completed within 1-3 business days. More information about our prices.
Payment
Once we have received the documents, we will prepare and send you an invoice for the translation requested. You can pay this invoice by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Discover, or Interac. We will start working on the translation once we have received the payment.
