We offer three categories of translation rates – standard translation, advanced translation, and an hourly rate for professional services. We also provide discounts for leveraged matches, fuzzy matches, and repetitions. Standard rate would be used for translation projects without editing and proofreading steps. Some clients chose the standard rate in case of general translation projects or when they have budget constraints. For specialized content such as technical translation, website and marketing translation, software UI strings, we recommend the advanced translation package as it follows the industry leading TEP standards. Three different linguists are assigned to the project to translate, edit, and finally proofread the content.

To estimate translation costs per page (A4 format), you can multiply the number of pages by the average number of words per page. A two page document with general content would cost around 500 x 2 = 1,000 words  = 1,000 x 0.14 (14 cents) = $140. The price examples below are in USD for general content (i.e. not technical, medical or specialized content) and for standard turnaround times.
